We have a strict limit of 300 KB size limit on all uploads. If our server seems to stop working or your upload never finsishes, it's probably because the picture you are uploading is too large.

As you select and prepare your photo for uploading, tell your picture software to export the photo with a width of 640 pixels; let it auto-size the other dimension. This will almost always cut down the picture size to under 300 KB.
